HEY THERE, FRIEND! I SEE YOU!

I bet you see me, too.

Because that is what you are supposed to do, right? See all the people around you? All their needs and desires.

I bet you do your best to meet them, too, don’t you?

But have you ever wondered who is meeting your needs?
I bet you are so busy taking care of everyone else that you don’t spend much time on you.
Am I right?
Sigh.

After that thought crosses your mind I bet you work hard to squish it....

to shove it back down into the deep parts of your soul that you don't like to visit.

I bet you even feel guilty for thinking it.

I mean, the greatest calling on our lives is to serve others, right?

It’s not wrong to serve others and it can be (and should be) a source of incredible joy.

But, I know you have also heard that you cannot pour from an empty cup...and it is true.
If you pour out everything you have, you are not helpful to anyone.

So, how do you balance filling up your cup and serving others?

What if I told you it’s really simple?

What if there was a way you could evaluate where you are and how to move forward in a way that honors yourself and others?

Now you can.

It's time to audit your circle

This is a critical exercise I walk my clients through on their journey to becoming their own center of support.

When you follow the 5 simple steps in this process, you can release yourself from toxic connections and start to experience joy and confidence like you've never felt before.
